Chemical Compositions

STB340: Carbon (C) content is ≤0.18%, Silicon (Si) content is ≤0.35%, Manganese (Mn) content is 0.30 - 0.60%, Phosphorus (P) content is ≤0.035% and Sulfur (S) content is ≤0.035%.

STB410: Carbon (C) content is ≤0.32%, Silicon (Si) content is ≤0.35%, Manganese (Mn) content is 0.30 - 0.80%, Phosphorus (P) content is ≤0.035% and Sulfur (S) content is ≤0.035%.

STB510: Carbon (C) content is ≤0.25%, Silicon (Si) content is ≤0.35%, Manganese (Mn) content is 1.00 - 1.50%, Phosphorus (P) content is ≤0.035% and Sulfur (S) content is ≤0.035%.


Mechanical Properties

STB340: The yield strength is ≥175 MPa, the tensile strength is ≥340 MPa, and the elongation is ≥35%. The Rockwell hardness is 77 max.

STB410: The yield strength is ≥255 MPa, the tensile strength is ≥410 MPa, and the elongation is ≥25%. The Rockwell hardness is 79 max.

STB510: The yield strength is ≥295 MPa, the tensile strength is ≥510 MPa, and the elongation is ≥25%. The Rockwell hardness is 92 max.
