Standard and Material Grades

The standard grades of JIS G3454 seamless pipes mainly include STPG370 and STPG410.

Chemical Compositions

STPG370: Carbon (C) content is ≤0.25%, Silicon (Si) content is ≤0.35%, Manganese (Mn) content is 0.30 - 0.90%, Phosphorus (P) content is ≤0.040% and Sulfur (S) content is ≤0.040%.

STPG410: Carbon (C) content is ≤0.30%, Silicon (Si) content is ≤0.35%, Manganese (Mn) content is 0.30 - 1.00%, Phosphorus (P) content is ≤0.040% and Sulfur (S) content is ≤0.040%.

Mechanical Properties

STPG370: The yield strength is ≥216 MPa, the tensile strength is ≥370 MPa, and the elongation is ≥30%.

STPG410: The yield strength is ≥245 MPa, the tensile strength is ≥410 MPa, and the elongation is ≥25%.
