Non-alloy steel grades include S235JRH, S275J0H, S275J2H, S355J0H, S355J2H, and S355K2H. Fine-grain steel grades are S275NH, S275NLH, S355NH, S355NLH, S420NH, S420NLH, S460NH, and S460NLH.


Chemical Composition of EN 10210 pipes

For non-alloy steel S235JRH, the chemical composition includes: C ≤0.17%, Si ≤0.20%, Mn ≤1.40%, P ≤0.040%, S ≤0.040%, N ≤0.009%. Fine-grain steels have similar elements with different maximum limits, such as S355NH with C ≤0.20%, Si ≤0.55%, Mn ≤1.60%, P ≤0.035%, S ≤0.035%.


Mechanical Properties of EN 10210 pipes

Non-alloy steel S235JRH has a minimum yield strength of 235 MPa, tensile strength of 360-510 MPa, and elongation of 26%. Fine-grain steel S355NH has a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa, tensile strength of 510-680 MPa, and elongation of 22%. Impact energy values vary by grade and temperature.
