Fully welded ball valves feature a robust, leak-proof design ideal for high-pressure and high-temperature applications in oil, gas, and chemical industries. They offer bidirectional sealing, low operating torque, and long service life.
The fully welded ball valve uses forging materials and fully welded valve bodies instead of bolts and nuts to avoid potential valve body leakage. Using forged valve bodies can better ensure wall thickness and avoid loose castings, sand holes and other casting problems.
Fully welded ball valves are available in spherical and barrel shapes. Usually, the spherical valve body has only one weld seam, while the cylindrical valve body has two weld seams
